RESOLUÇÃO Nº 163/07

Assunto: Altera dispositivo da Resolução nº 144, de 18 de abril de 2007.

O VICE-PRESIDENTE DO INSTITUTO NACIONAL DA PROPRIEDADE INDUSTRIAL, no uso das suas atribuições,

RESOLVE:

Art. 1º - O item I, do Artigo 2º, da Resolução nº 144, de 18 de abril de 2007, passa a vigorar com a seguinte redação:

“ Art. 2º - Para fins desta Resolução, consideram-se:

I - exame formal: exame da conformidade e consistência das informações prestadas no formulário de depósito do pedido de registro de marca, bem como da integridade dos anexos enviados, a fim de confirmar se foram atendidas as formalidades previstas nos artigos 155, 157 e 216 da LPI, para fins de publicação do pedido de registro na RPI. Nesta fase, podem ser formuladas exigências de caráter formal, nos termos do art. 157 da LPI; ”.

Art. 2º -Esta Resolução entra em vigor na data de sua publicação no Diário Oficial da União, sem prejuízo de sua publicação na Revista Eletrônica da Propriedade Industrial.
