Resumen: Se establece que es necesaria la obtención de autorización y el pago de remuneración a los titulares del derecho patrimonial de comunicación pública en caso de que una empresa de transporte (público o privado, oneroso o gratuito, u otros) de pasajeros realice actos de comunicación pública de obras al interior de sus vehículos, aunque alegue no obtener ingresos directos por la referida comunicación.
