Proceso 184-IP-2022, aplicación del criterio jurídico interpretativo del acto aclarado, es aplicable al mecanismo procesal de la interpretación prejudicial del ordenamiento jurídico comunitario andino, de conformidad con lo previsto en el segundo párrafo del artículo 33 del Tratado de Creación del Tribunal de Justicia de la Comunidad Andina y artículo 123 de su Estatuto (Acto aclarado: Artículos 6, 152, 153, 165 y 170 de la Decisión 486 —«Régimen Común sobre Propiedad Industrial»). Temas: 1) El criterio jurídico interpretativo del acto aclarado es aplicable al mecanismo procesal de la interpretación prejudicial del ordenamiento jurídico comunitario andino 2) La notificación de la solicitud de cancelación del registro de una marca. 3) El derecho preferente originado en la cancelación por no uso del registro de una marca registrada. 4) El derecho preferente derivado de una acción de cancelación de marca y el derecho derivado de una solicitud de registro presentada con antelación. 5) La cancelación por notoriedad de una marca. 6) La renovación del registro de la marca. 7) Particularidades relacionadas con las actuaciones posteriores al registro de una marca previstas en la Decisión 486. Adicionalmente, como criterio jurídico novedoso, el tema 8: Sobre los sistemas de notificaciones y comunicaciones adoptados por las oficinas nacionales competentes.
