Dates Accession: March 9, 2007 Entry into force: June 9, 2007

Territorial Information

In accordance with the Basic Law of the Macao Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China (PRC), the Government of the PRC has decided that the Treaty shall apply to the Macao Special Administrative Region. The declaration took effect on November 6, 2013. (see WCT Notification No. 79)

In accordance with the Basic Law of Hong Kong, China, the Government of the People's Republic of China has decided that the Treaty will apply to Hong Kong, China with effect from October 1, 2008. (see WCT Notification No. 71)
