Reservation made upon accession: "In accordance with sub-paragraph (a)(iii) of paragraph 1 of article 16 of the said Convention, the Republic of Lithuania declares that as regards phonograms the producer of which is not a national or a legal person of another Contracting State, it will not apply the provisions of article 12 of the above-mentioned Convention."
