185 THE LAW OF NATIONAL COUNCIL OF SLOVAK REPUBLIC
from July 8, 1994 on the measures covering the discoveries
National Council of Slovak Republic passed the following Law:
Art. I
§ 77 of the Law No. 527/1990 of the Col. on Inventions, Industrial Designs and Rationalization Proposals is cancelled.
Art. II
Art. VII, § 1 of the Law of National Council of Slovak Republic No. 90/1993 of the Col. on the measures covering the industrial property is cancelled.
Art. III
Procedures in respect of applications for discoveries that have not been completed on entry into force of this Law are suspended.
Art. IV
This Law will enter into force on August 1, 1994.
