Declaration made upon ratification of the Stockholm Act: "The Presidential Council of the Hungarian People's Republic draws attention to the fact that the provisions of Article 14, paragraph(4) of the Agreement are contrary to Resolution No. 1514 (XV) on the independence of colonial countries and peoples, adopted on December 14, 1960, by the General Assembly of the United Nations."
