《2015年專利條例 (修訂附表 1)令》
(由行政長官會同行政會議根據《專利條例》(第 514章 )第 153條作出 )
1. 生效日期 本命令自 2015年 11月 27日起實施。
2. 修訂《專利條例》 《專利條例》(第 514章 )現予修訂，修訂方式列於第 3條。
3. 修訂附表 1 (巴黎公約國及世界貿易組織成員國、地區及地方 ) (1) 附表 1，在“巴黎公約國”標題下的列表——
按筆劃數目順序加入 “科威特國”。
(2) 附表 1， 英文文本， 在 “WTO member countries, territories and areas (not including Paris Convention countries)”標題下的列表—— 廢除 “The Republic of Cape Verde”
代以 “The Republic of Cabo Verde”。

Patents Ordinance (Amendment of Schedule 1) Order 2015
(Made by the Chief Executive in Council under section 153 of the Patents Ordinance (Cap. 514))
1. Commencement
This Order comes into operation on 27 November 2015.
2. Patents Ordinance amended
The Patents Ordinance (Cap. 514) is amended as set out in section 3.
3. Schedule 1 amended (Paris Convention countries and WTO member countries, territories and areas)
(1) Schedule 1, list under heading “Paris Convention countries”, after item “Republic of Korea”—
Add
“The State of Kuwait”.
(2) Schedule 1, English text, list under heading “WTO member countries, territories and areas (not including Paris Convention countries)”—
Repeal
“The Republic of Cape Verde”
Substitute
“The Republic of Cabo Verde”.
