Schedule 1 amends the Trade Marks Regulations 1995.

Schedule 1 Amendments (regulation 3)
[1] Paragraph 20.9 (1) (a)
omit for up to 3 years
[2] Paragraph 20.9 (1) (b)
before
restore
insert
within a period determined by the Designated Manager,
[3] Subsection 20.9 (2)
substitute
(2) For paragraph (1) (b) the period must not be more than 3 years. __________________________________________________________________________________
