Declarations made upon ratification:
1. "In accordance with Article 20, paragraph 1, of the Convention, the Government of the French Republic declares that Article 2, paragraph 4, shall not apply to the bilateral co-production relations of France with any other Party to the Convention.
In accordance with Article 20, paragraph 1, of the Convention, the Government of the French Republic declares to reserve the right to admit to the benefit of this Convention the multilateral co-productions including one or more minority contributions which may be financial only and for which the maximum participation share is different from that laid down in Article 9, paragraph 1.a."
2. "In accordance with Article 5, paragraph 5, of the Convention, the Government of the French Republic designates as competent authority the:
Centre National de la Cinématographie, 12, rue de Lübeck, 75784 Paris Cedex 16."
