Title

1.      This order shall be titled Trade Marks Order (Convention of Industrial Property), 1934.

Assignment of specific provisions from Ordinance No. 36 of the year 1921 to specific states

2.      The provisions of section 25 of the Trade Marks Ordinance, 1921, and sections 24 and 26 of the Trade Marks Ordinance, 1921, as enacted in sections 2, 3 and 4 of the Trade Marks Ordinance (amendment), 1930, shall apply in regards to specific states which are specified in the Schedule.

Effect

3.      This Order shall take effect as of April 10^th, 1934.

Schedule

All the state who are a party to the Paris Convention for the Protection of Industrial Property of 1883 or as enacted din 1911, 1925, 1934 and 1958.
