注 This consolidated version of Law No. 11.484 of May 31, 2007, concerning the protection of integrated circuit topographies and other related matters takes into account amendments up to "Law No. 13.969 of December 26, 2019", which was published in the Official Gazette on December 27, 2019, and entered into force on April 1, 2020 (the first day of the fourth month following its date of publication).
The said amending Law No. 13.969 introduced amendments to the following provisions of this consolidated version:
- Amending Articles 2, 3, 4, 4A to 4H, 6, 7, 11 and 64 (amended);
- Repealing items I and II under § 1º, paragraph III of Article 2;
- Repealing items I and II and § 2º under Article 4.
