注 Thhis consolidated version of the Trademarks Act (Act No. 8 of March 26, 2010) takes into account amendments up to the following Acts:
-Act No. 122 of June 18, 2021, on Amendments to the Criminal Procedure Act, etc. (Active Case Management, etc.), which entered into force on different dates. (The amendments introduced by this amending Act No. 122 to this consolidated version of the Trademarks Act entered into force on July 1, 2022).
-Act No. 67 of June 12, 2020, on Amendments to the Trade Marks Act and the Customs Act, etc. (Implementation of New Trademark Directive etc.), which entered into force on different dates. (The amendments introduced by this amending Act No. 67 to this consolidated version of the Trademarks Act entered into force on March 1, 2023, which makes this consolidated version issued and amended up to March 1, 2023 and its year of version that is 2023).
