注 This consolidated version of the Federal Law on Copyright in Literary and Artistic Works and Related Rights (Copyright Law 1936) takes into account amendments up to "Federal Law Gazette BGBI.I No. 182/2023", which was published on December 30, 2023 and entered into force on February 17, 2024 (see § 116, paragraph (19) of the said consolidated version of Copyright Law that provides § 81(1a) amended and entered into force on February 17, 2024).
