注 The Law recognises intangible rights, including intellectual property rights, trademarks, industrial designs, trade names, and similar assets as forms of investment [Art. 4(1)(6)] and as methods of investment through the acquisition of property rights, including copyright, trademarks, industrial designs, trade names, and know-how [Art. 5(1)(6)]. It further provides that the exercise and protection of intellectual property rights of foreign investors are governed by national legislation and that state authorities recognise investors’ intellectual property and related property rights in the context of foreign investments [Art. 27].
