注 This consolidated version of the Law on Periodical Press and Other Mass Media regulates the use of protected materials by mass media and contains explicit references to intellectual property and copyright. It requires compliance with national legislation and applicable international instruments in the use of materials by mass media (Art. 14), and provides that authors’ works may be used only with due respect for copyright, including obligations to indicate sources and prohibit distortion of original materials (Art. 25).
