注 This consolidated version of the Law on Television and Radio Broadcasting contains provisions on copyright and related rights. Among other provisions, Article 28 grants television and radio organizations rights over programs, films, broadcasts, recordings, and other audiovisual content they create or lawfully acquire, including the right to authorize or control their broadcasting, rebroadcasting, reproduction, distribution, and other use. It further provides for the contractual acquisition of rights, permits limited use without consent (including short excerpts and educational use), and prohibits unauthorized copying, broadcasting, or commercialization, while ensuring the right to compensation for infringements.
