Pursuant to sections 82 and 85 of the Trade Marks Act 1953, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following regulations

Regulations
1 Title
(1) These regulations are the Trade Marks Amendment Regulations 2000.
(2) In these regulations, the Trade Marks Regulations 1954 are called “the principal regulations”.
2 Commencement
These regulations come into force on 1 April 2000.
