ملاحظات This consolidated version of the Criminal Code (Decree-Law No. 2.848 of December 7, 1940) takes into account amendments up to Law No. 14.344 of May 24, 2022, which was published and entered into force on May 25, 2022.
Articles 1, 2 4 provides for the amendments to Articles 184 and 186 and the repeal of Article 185 under Chapter I, Title III of the Criminal Code, relating to the infringement of copyright and related rights.
