Reservations made upon accession by the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia: "1. According to the article 5, paragraph 3 of this Convention, the Republic of Macedonia shall not apply the criterion of publication provided under Article 5, paragraph 1, (c). 2. According to the article 16, paragraph 1, (a), (i), of this Convention, the Republic of Macedonia shall not apply the provisions of the Article 12."
