Third Order (of December 21, 1998) Amending the Trade Mark Regulations

Article 1

The Trade Mark Regulations of November 30, 1994 (BGBl*. I p. 3555), last amended by the Order of July 1, 1998 (BGBl. I p. 1771) shall be amended as follows:

1. In Section 1 the words "German Patent and Trade Mark Office" shall be substituted for the words "German Patent Office".

2. In Section 71 (1) the words "German Patent and Trade Mark Office" shall be substituted for the words "German Patent Office".

Article 2

This order shall enter into force on the day following its promulgation.
