140. Kundmachung des Bundeskanzlers über die Aufhebung des § 93 Abs. 1 dritter Satz

des Kartellgesetzes 1988 durch den Verfassungsgerichtshof

Gemäß An. 140 Abs. 5 und 6 B-VG und gemäß den §§ 64 Abs. 2 und 65 des Verfassungsgerichtshofgesetzes 1953, BGBl. Nr. 85, wird kundgemacht:

(1)
Der Verfassungsgerichtshof hat mit Erkenntnis vom 15. Oktober 1992, G 159/92 7, dem Bundeskanzler zugestellt am 9. November 1992, § 93 Abs. 1 dritter Satz des Kartellgesetzes 1988, BGBl. Nr. 600, als verfassungswidrig aufgehoben.
(2)
Die Aufhebung tritt mit Ablauf des 30. September 1993 in Kraft.
(3)
Frühere gesetzliche Bestimmungen treten nicht wieder in Kraft.
