Details Details Year of Version 1999 Dates Entry into force: March 30, 1999 Adopted: March 30, 1999 Type of Text IP-related Laws Subject Matter Enforcement of IP and Related Laws, Other Notes This Act amends the Customs Act, 1969 (Act No. IV of 1969). It is indicated in its Section 1, that 'It shall come into force at once'.
The following provisions of the Customs Act, 1969 were amended: Sections 18, 19, 20, 21 and 21A. In addition to these amendments, a Saving Clause was inserted. The legal text has been taken from the website of the National Assembly of Pakistan.
