The Order incorporates the amendments made by Order of the Minister of Justice No. 613 of December 7, 2015, which came into force on February 16, 2016.
For the amendments made by the said Order No. 613, see the following provisions of Order No. 251:
- Paragraph 1;
- Annex 1: State Service Standards for the 'Registration of Agreements for Assignment of Trademark Rights and IP Rights';
- Annex 2: State Service Standards for the 'Registration of License and Sub-license Agreements';

- Annex 5: State Service Standards for the 'Registration of the Right to Use an Appellation of Origin'.
