For the amendments introduced by the said Decree No. 29/2016, see Title X, Paragraph II, Article 255; and Paragraph IV, Article 258 of the consolidated version.

Article 107(a) of this consolidated Supreme Decree indicates that the name of food might include information on trademark.
Article 107(m) provides that the record of imported products maintained by importers must contain, inter alia, the trademarks of these products.
