Details Details Year of Version 2018 Dates Amended up to: November 9, 2018 Published: January 10, 2018 Promulgated: January 9, 2018 Type of Text Other Texts Subject Matter Plant Variety Protection Notes This consolidated version of Law No. 13. 606 of January 9, 2018, which inter alia provides for the Rural Tax Regularization Program (PRR) and amends Law No. 9.456 of April 28, 1997 (Plant Variety Protection Law), takes into account amendments up to Law No. 13. 729 of November 8, 2018, which entered into force on November 9, 2018 on the day of its publication. The said amending Law No. 13. 729 introduces amendments to the following provisions of this consolidated version: - Amending Articles 1, 20 and 26; - Repealing Articles 28 to 32.
