LEI Nº 12.091, DE 11 DE NOVEMBRO DE 2009.

Vigência

Acrescenta inciso VII ao § 2o do art. 81 da Lei no 9.610, de 19 de   
fevereiro de 1998, para incluir o nome dos dubladores nos créditos
das obras audiovisuais.                                                                     

O PRESIDENTE DA REPÚBLICA Faço saber que o Congresso Nacional decreta e eu sanciono a seguinte Lei:

Art. 1o Esta Lei altera a redação do art. 81 da Lei no 9.610, de 19 de fevereiro de 1998.

Art. 2o O § 2o do art. 81 da Lei no 9.610, de 1998, passa a vigorar acrescido do seguinte inciso VII:

    “Art. 81. ................................................

    .............................................................................................

    § 2o .....................................................

    .............................................................................................

    VII - o nome dos dubladores.” (NR)

Art. 3o Esta Lei entra em vigor após decorridos 60 (sessenta) dias de sua publicação oficial.
