Notes This consolidated version of the Federal Act of October 5, 2001, on the Protection of Designs (status as of January 1, 2022) takes into account amendments up to the "Ordinance of June 19, 2020, on the Amendments of Certain Laws Following the Change in the Name of the Federal Customs Administration in the Context of its Development", which entered into force on January 1, 2022.
The said amending Ordinance of July 19, 2020 introduced amendments to the title of Section 5 and Article 46 under the said section of this consolidated version.
