This consolidated text approved on June 25, 2020 takes into account amendments introduced by the following amending Laws: 1. Law No. 577 on Amendments and Additions to Law No. 312 of 1999 on Copyright and Related Rights, published in the Official Gazette No. 60 of March 24, 2006; 2. Law No. 641 (Criminal Code), published in the Official Gazette No. 83, 84, 85, 86 and 87 of May 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9, 2008; and 3. Law No. 902 (Civil Procedure Code), published in the Official Gazette No. 191 of October 9, 2015.
