Details Details Year of Version 2023 Dates Status as of: January 13, 2023 Assented: July 28, 1981 Type of Text Framework Laws Subject Matter Enforcement of IP and Related Laws Notes This consolidated version of the Senior Courts Act 1981, updated on January 13, 2023, incorporates amendments up to the Judicial Review and Courts Act 2022 (c. 35), which entered into force on different dates. The said amending Act introduced changes to Section 29A, Section 31(5), and Section 31(5A) (see pages 33 and 35 of this consolidated version).
