Details Details Year of Version 2023 Dates Amended up to: January 1, 2023 Entry into force: January 1, 2003 Signature: July 24, 2002 Type of Text Framework Laws Subject Matter Enforcement of IP and Related Laws Notes This consolidated version of the Arbitrazh Procedural Code of the Russian Federation No. 95-FZ of July 24, 2002 takes into account amendments up to "Federal Law No. 603-FZ of December 29, 2022", which entered into force on December 29, 2022, and "Federal Law No. 569-FZ of December 28, 2022", which entered into force on January 1, 2023. The amendments introduced by the Federal Law No. 569-FZ of December 28, 2022 to subparagraph 3) under paragraph 2 of Article 125 under Chapter 13, Section II of the said consolidated version entered into force on January 1, 2023. Articles 248, paragraph 1. 3) under Chapter 32, Section V; Article 273, paragraph 2, Article 274, paragraph 3, and Article 284, paragraph 1. 1 under Chapter 35, Section VI of the said consolidated version of the Arbitrazh Procedural Code relate to the enforcement of intellectual property rights.
