Details Details Year of Version 2023 Dates Amended up to: February 1, 2023 Commenced: January 9, 1970 Assented: December 31, 1969 Type of Text Framework Laws Subject Matter Enforcement of IP and Related Laws Notes This consolidated version of the Supreme Court of Judicature Act 1969 takes into account amendments up to the "Supreme Court of Judicature Act (Amendment of Sixth Schedule) Order 2022 (S 1030/2022)", which entered into force on February 1, 2023. The said Subsidiary Legislation "S 1030/2022" added sub-paragraph (ea) in paragraph 1, after sub-paragraph (e) in the Sixth Schedule to this consolidated Act 1969 , which states: “(ea) the appeal arises from a case relating to admiralty law or shipping law (even if the appeal does not raise any issue relating to admiralty law or shipping law);”.
