Details Details Year of Version 2022 Dates Amended up to: May 31, 2021 Entry into force: January 1, 1998 Promulgated: April 10, 1996 Type of Text Framework Laws Subject Matter Enforcement of IP and Related Laws Notes This consolidated version of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Law No. 7594 of April 10, 1996) takes into account amendments up to "Law No. 10200 of May 5, 2022", which entered into force on May 31, 2022. The said amending Law No. 10200 introduced amendments to Article 466 Bis under Title IV, Book III, the Second Part relating to Procedures of this consolidated version.
