Articles 1 - 4, paragraphs 1 - 4, 6 - 16, 18 of Article 5, paragraphs 1 - 3, 6 - 12, 14 of Article 6 entered into force on November 13, 2023 (ten months after official publication of this Law which was on January 12, 2023); Other provisions of this Law entered into force on Januar 13, 2023 (after the official publication of this Law which is January 12, 2023).
