The amendments introduced by the amending Law entitled "Law of the Republic of Belarus No. 243-Z of January 9, 2023, on Amendments to Laws on Legal Protection of Intellectual Property Rights" have not yet been incorporated into this consolidated version as of August 29, 2020.
