Details Details Year of Version 2021 Dates Amended up to: August 10, 2021 Issued: January 2, 2014 Type of Text Implementing Rules/Regulations Subject Matter Industrial Designs Notes This consolidated version of the Design Regulation takes into account amendments up to the "Second Act of August 10, 2021, on Simplification and Modernization of the Patent Act", which was published on August 17, 2021 in the Federal Law Gazette I p. 3436 and entered into force on August 18, 2021. Section 11 of the Act of August 10, 2021 introduced amendments (in force from August 18, 2021) to § 22 of this consolidated version of the Design Regulation.
