Paragraph 1 of the Schecdule interpreting Regulation 1(2) of the said amending Regulations 2021 (S.I. 2021/355) provides for the repeal of section 88A and 88B of the said consolidated version of the Patents Act 1977 (relating to the withdrawal of the UK from the UPC Agreement). This consolidated version of the Patents Act 1977 (Chapter 37) was updated and generated on August 21, 2022 (see the list "Changes to legislation" found on pages 164-165 of the said consolidated version for detailed information).
