Details Details Year of Version 2023 Dates Amended up to: November 13, 2023 Entry into force: January 25, 2010 Issued: December 28, 2009 Type of Text Implementing Rules/Regulations Subject Matter Trademarks Subject Matter (secondary) IP Regulatory Body Notes The Resolution of the Council of Ministers No. 1719 of December 28, 2009 was issued pursuant to paragraph 7 of Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus No. 2181-XII of February 5, 1993, on Trademarks and Service Marks and Article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus No. 424-Z of July 23, 2008, on the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus. This consolidated version of Resolution No. 1719 of December 28, 2009 takes into account amendments up to "Resolution of the Council of Ministers No. 493 of July 28, 2023", which entered into force on different dates. Subparagraph 1.2 under paragraph 1 of the said amending Resolution No. 493 introduced amendments to different provisions of this consolidated version, which entered into force on November 13, 2023.
