Notes Section 9 of Chapter 2 (Rights of Rights Holders; Relationship to the Copyright Act) of Act No. 49 of May 28, 2021 provides that the provisions of sections 5 to 8 of that Act do not affect the application of the provisions of the Copyright Act (also referred to as the Intellectual Property Act) concerning contractual licences and the mandatory collective management of rights.
