Details Details Year of Version 2021 Dates Entry into force: June 22, 2021 Signature: June 11, 2021 Type of Text Main IP Laws Subject Matter Patents (Inventions), Plant Variety Protection Notes Federal Law No. 213-FZ amends Article 1439 of Part Four of the Civil Code by adding paragraph 4 with the following content: "4. The form of a patent for a selection achievement and the composition of the information indicated in it shall be established by the federal executive body for selection achievements.". This amendment empowers the federal executive body responsible for selection achievements to define the form and required content of patents for selection achievements.
