Details Details Year of Version 2021 Dates Entry into force: February 1, 2021 Published: January 14, 2021 Issued: January 11, 2021 Type of Text Implementing Rules/Regulations Subject Matter Copyright and Related Rights (Neighboring Rights) Notes This Decree regulates the procedure for authorising the distribution and making available to the public of videograms, including video games in physical format, and approves the respective models. The authentication mark and certificate models are set out in Annexes I and II to this Decree, which form an integral part thereof. Their use must comply with the standards laid down in Annex III to this Decree, which also forms an integral part thereof.
