Details Details Year of Version 2001 Dates Entry into force: February 1, 2000 Published: February 1, 2000 Adopted: December 2, 1999 Type of Text Main IP Laws Subject Matter Layout Designs of Integrated Circuits Subject Matter (secondary) Enforcement of IP and Related Laws, IP Regulatory Body Notes Article 34 of Law No. 324 on the Protection of Layout Designs for Integrated Circuits states that it enters into force on February 1, 2000, on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette. This Law on layout designs was revised, re-edited and approved in February 2001 by the Director of the Intellectual Property Registry (RPI) and the Head of the Patent Office. No amendments have been incorporated into this version of the Law.
