Protection of New Plant Varieties Act (Act 2001—17) Protection of New Plant Varieties Order, 2001

The Minister in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 5 of the Protection of New Plant Varieties Act makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Protection of New Plant Varieties Order, 2001.

2. The Protection of New Plant Varieties Act applies to the genera and species specified in theSchedule hereto.
