'The Federal Office for Industry, Crafts and Trades and Labour (OFIAMT) represents the Confederation in civil and criminal proceedings based on Art. 10(2c) of the Federal Law against Unfair Competition (LCD).'

Ordonnance concernant le droit de la Confédération d’intenter une action dans le cadre de la loi contre la concurrence déloyale* du 17 février 1993

Le Conseil fédéral suisse,

vu l’article 10, 2e alinéa, lettre c, de la loi contre la concurrence déloyale1) (LCD),

arrête:

Article premier Droit de la Confédération d’intenter une action 1 L’Office fédéral de l’industrie, des arts et métiers et du travail (OFIAMT) représente la Confédération dans des procédures civiles ou pénales fondées sur l’article 10, 2e alinéa, lettre c, LCD. 2 Dans des cas spéciaux, la Confédération peut, d’entente avec l’OFIAMT, être représentée par un autre service.

Art. 2 Entrée en vigueur La présente ordonnance entre en vigueur le 1er mars 1993.
