Modification du 17 mai 1995

Le Conseil fédéral suisse

arrête:

I L’ordonnance du 23 décembre 19921) sur la protection des marques est modifiée comme il suit:

Art. 56. 3e al. 3 Lorsqu’il est établi, avant l’échéance des délais prévus à l’article 72, alinéas 2 et 2bis, LPM, que le requérant n’est pas à même d’obtenir des mesures provisionnelles, les produits sont immédiatement libérés.

II La présente modification entre en vigueur le 1er juillet 1995.
