Notas This consolidated version of the Federal Act of August 28, 1992, on the Protection of Trademarks and Indications of Source (status as of January 1, 2022) takes into account amendments up to the "Ordinance of June 19, 2020, on the Amendments of Certain Laws Following the Change in the Name of the Federal Customs Administration in the Context of its Development", which entered into force on January 1, 2022.
The said amending Ordinance introduced amendments to the title of Chapter 3, Article 70 of the said Chapter under Title 3 where the name "Federal Customs Administration" were replaced by "the Federal Office for Customs and Border Security (FOCBS)".
