Примечания This consolidated version of the Civil Procedure Code incorporates amendments up to Law No. 249-VIIGD of July 14, 2025, on Amendments to the Civil Procedure Code, Civil Code, Tax Code, Criminal Procedure Code, Code of Execution of Sentences, Competition Code, and Various Other Laws, which entered into force on August 13, 2025.
Article 1 introduces amendments to the Civil Procedure Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Specifically: - In Article 176.3, the word “state” is added after “work.” - Article 234.3 is added, establishing that the rules for sending resolutions or judicial acts for mandatory execution are governed by the Laws “on Execution” and “on Special Enforcement Officers.”
Article 444.0.3 of this consolidated version of the Code states that the courts of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over cases involving claims for the recognition of the validity of patents, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights, where the registration of such rights or the filing of applications for their registration has taken place within the Republic of Azerbaijan.
