注 This consolidated version of Patent Act takes into account amendments up to "Act on the Partial Revision of the Patent Act and Other Acts (Act No. 42 of May 21, 2021)", which was promulgated on May 21, 2021, and entered into force on different dates.
The amendments included by the said amending Act No. 42 to this consolidated version entered into force on April 1, 2022.
