注 This consolidated version of Law No. 35/2016 of March 31, 2016, on Copyright and Related Rights takes into account amendments up to "Law No. 37/2022 of April 14, 2022, on Amendments to Law No. 35/2016 on Copyright and Related Rights", which was published on May 11, 2022, and entered into force 3 months after its day of publication in the Official Gazette.
The said amending Law No. 37/2022 of April 14, 2022 introduced amendments to the following provisions of this consolidated version:
- Part I, Article 5;
- Part II, Chapter II, Articles 16/1 & 16/2; Chapter VII, Articles 75, 75/1, 75/2 & Articles 77, 77/1 & 77/2;
- Part V, Articles 131, 135 & 138;
- Part VII, Articles 157, 159 & 159/1;
- Part VIII, Article 177;
- Part IX, Article 183;
- Part X, Article 187.
