注 This consolidated Ordinance establishes the regulatory framework governing applications for the acquisition or recognition of the status of an official industrial property agent. It sets out the applicable procedural rules, prescribes standard application forms, and determines the corresponding fees. The Ordinance also approves the regulations governing the aptitude examinations required for qualification.
